Best Outfits To Wear With Birkenstock Shoes

I was someone who swore never to wear Birkenstocks. So far. A few months ago I bought a pair of “Boston” clogs and they quickly became my most worn shoe. And to all those Birkenstock stans out there, I understand now.

So, now that I’ve eaten my words, let me tell you why that “ugly” shoe of yesteryear is actually socially acceptable now. First, we have to thank the amazing collaborations Birkenstock has done with Manolo Blahnik, Rick Owens and Dior (to name a few). Even more thanks to the street style stars and celebrities who served us with amazing outfit inspirations. When styled correctly, Birkenstocks are actually super cool and can give any look that “effortless” feel. Below, I’ve broken down three of my favorite Birkenstock looks and how to style them.
