SALT LAKE CITY – The sneakers Deandre Ayton wore when he scored a monstrous double-double of 23 points and 16 rebounds in Dominant win at home for Phoenix against the Los Angeles Lakers go to something beyond basketball.
In partnership with Goldin, these one-of-a-kind autographed PUMA Court Rider shoes celebrating Women’s History Month are being auctioned live until 7 p.m. Saturday, with all proceeds going to Women Win.
“I wouldn’t be where I am today without the inspiring women who have shaped and inspired me,” center Phoenix Suns said in the press release. “I love the design of these shoes, and it was a special moment to play in them and honor some amazing women this Women’s History Month.

As part of the partnership, Ayton will also donate $2,500 while PUMA will match up to $10,000 in shoe donations.
Goldin is “the premier marketplace for trading cards, collectibles and memorabilia”. Founder Ken Goldin has sold more than $1.4 billion worth of memorabilia from many of the biggest names in sports, history and pop culture, according to the press release.
Sneaker innovator and artist Katty Customs designed the shoes. The left shoe celebrates “the inspiring women of the Ayton family” as it features a beach sunset.
Ayton is from the Bahamas.
The right shoe pays homage to the WNBA’s Phoenix Mercury as the team’s logo and their players’ names are on the shoe.
“I loved designing these shoes with Deandre and PUMA,” Customs said in the press release. “It’s really cool to see a leader like Deandre doing his part to honor the women he looks up to and putting those shoes on with him was a great way to celebrate Women’s History Month.”
Women Win began in 2006 as a “global fund for women dedicated to advancing the rights of girls and women” through sport.
