When it comes to shoes, the possibilities to enhance or accentuate an outfit are essentially limitless. You can dress up a more formal outfit with the right pair of trainers while putting on Oxfords can help elevate a look that leans more towards too casual for the occasion at hand. Shoes can also serve as an anchor for a complete look with something bold or bright highlighting the rest of your clothes. However, the best pair of shoes to have are ones that blend in easily with any outfit. my brand new Rhodes Footwear Tyler Chukka Boots fits this description perfectly.
I tend to wear sneakers with a lot of my outfits just because they go well with most of my clothes without standing out. also a lot, but my sneakers are officially out of order since my Tyler Chukka Bootarrived. For a casual t-shirt and jeans, boots fit just as well as they work great even for a suit in blue or earth tones. I was almost shocked at the versatility of the boots as I really didn’t need to think much about how they would work with whatever I was wearing.
I have now worn the Tyler Chukka Boots going out for drinks with friends, to a movie night at someone’s apartment, and on a date at a wine bar — and I wore a very different outfit on each of those three occasions. Each time I was pleasantly surprised at how well they worked with the rest of my outfit.
Beyond versatility, the Tyler Chukka Boots are incredibly well made. The taupe colourway of the shoes is primarily made up of full-grain leather that adds a nice texture to the exterior while serving as a durable material that will stand up to wear and tear over time. If you choose to buy the Hickory shade of the boots, the main material will be waxed leather which has a smoother texture. The Meramec PU outsole feels light and comfortable on my foot and the sole is designed for flexibility and durability against constant wear and tear which is a major plus as I can’t seem to wear my other shoes since I received them by post. .
Beyond all of this, the Tyler Chukka Boots are actually very comfortable to wear. Especially with leather boots and shoes, I find that at least the first few times I wear them, my feet start to hurt after a while. During my very first use, the shoes already seemed solid and broken in. This is a major plus for me who usually walks a lot every day. Also, the rear ankle is solid which provides a bit of extra support which I didn’t initially realize from looking at the pictures. If you’re looking for a go-with-everything boot that works in any season, I couldn’t recommend the Tyler Chukka boot more.
