Katie Holmes made a bold fashion statement this week while attending the official grand opening of RiseNY. Holmes opted for a controversial pair of shoes, despite being renowned for her fashion sense.
Holmes wore a white suit with a black bra at the launch of the simulation, which takes viewers on an aerial flight over New York. The outfit was paired with kitten heels in bubblegum pink.
Low heels are a hot topic in the fashion industry. Many think that, if you’re going to wear heels, you might as well go all out with a pair of 4 inch stilettos. Others aren’t a fan of the pointed toe style that usually comes with a pair of lower heels.
However, low heels remain popular, especially among those who don’t like trying to walk in very high heels. Love ’em or hate ’em, low heels are making a comeback, whether they’re peep-toes, ankle boots or slingback heels like Holmes’ shoes.
Holmes loves ‘fun’Fashion
That’s not the only fashion statement Holmes has made recently. The actress wore a black and white gingham suit and paired it with gold necklaces.
“I also work with a stylist, so it helps because I don’t know everything there is,” Holmes said SHE In 2019. “I depend on others to help me, collaborate and bounce ideas around things like this.
