Ms. Marvel wasn’t even created, but the star of the Disney+ series is already a fashion hero. After already winning our adoration with her shoe choice, Iman Vellani, the new Ms. Marvel, has been spotted in another incredible look.
For his presence at Ms. Marvel At the launch event in Los Angeles on Thursday, June 2, Iman wore a dark purple dress and the shiniest shoes ever. The Gaurav Gupta dress featured exaggerated, oversized ruffles. Purple fabric cascading down one shoulder, creating a long sleeve on one arm. The ruffles extended along the bottom of the dress, creating a draped effect.
Iman accessorized with the perfect pair of Stella McCartney loafers. Making sure to show off her shoes for a few photos, Iman gave a better look at the super shiny shoes. The loafers featured white laces and a chunky platform.

Iman completed her cut with a shimmering purple manicure, silver earrings, a bracelet and several rings. Her hair was styled in loose waves and parted in the middle.
This last Ms. Marvel The event comes days before the show premieres on June 8. The Disney+ series will center on the story of Iman’s character, Kamala, “a Muslim American teenager growing up in Jersey City. An avid gamer and voracious fan-fiction scribe, Kamala is a superhero mega-fan with an oversized imagination, especially when it comes to Captain Marvel. Yet Kamala feels like she doesn’t fit in at school and sometimes even at home, until she gets superpowers like the heroes she’s always looked up to.”
Ms. Marvel is the first major role for Iman and she recently revealed that she’s kind of been preparing for it all her life. Talk with The Hollywood Reporter, she confirmed that it was not the first time that she had dreamed of becoming the superheroine. Iman previously dressed as Ms. Marvel for Halloween, saying, “She felt so much like me, and a lot of that comes down to not just her background and ethnicity, but also because she’s such a big fan of Ms. ‘Marvel Universe.’
