ELIGIBILITY
If you are under the age of 18, you will need to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to participate in the Contest. Straatosphere may ask you, at any time, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if applicable. Straatosphere may exclude any participant who is unable to provide such proof.
GIFT DATE
This contest will begin and end on the date indicated on the this page, Straatosphere Facebook and/or instagram posts. Entries after the closing date will not be permitted.
HOW TO ENTER
There is no registration fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by e-mail within five working days of the closing date of the Competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, Straatosphere reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner. Straatosphere’s decision on all matters related to the Contest will be final and not subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.
PRICE
The promotional prize will be a product as listed on the giveaway page on this site, Straatosphere’s Facebook and/or Instagram posts. The price is as stated and no cash or other alternative will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equivalent value without notice.
