Suri Cruise stepped out in casual and comfortable style to walk her dog in New York City.
During an outing in SoHo, the daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise wore flared black jeans. The retro bottom was paired with a black and white striped top with a zipped neckline. Cruise’s look was completed with an olive green puffer jacket, which featured geometric quilting for a nostalgic, laid-back take on the basic cold-weather puffer jacket.

As far as shoes go, the 15-year-old opted for a classic pair of Converse sneakers. Slightly visible under the flared hems of his jeans, the style featured Converse’s signature white capped toes and flat soles, along with a hint of blue from the canvas uppers. The styling added versatile color to Cruise’s ensemble while maintaining its off-duty nature.
Sneakers like Cruise’s are a great choice for casual footwear, due to their ease of wear and the comfort of flat soles and relaxed uppers. Most lace-up styles feature high or low silhouettes. Besides the rising star, Hilary Duff, Anne Hathaway and Kaia Gerber have also been rocking comfortable canvas Nike and Converse sneakers in recent weeks. Cruise is no stranger to a pair of pointed sneakers, also sporting white and floral pairs in New York.

Cruise’s fashion sense is remarkably similar to the “all women” style of her mother, Katie Holmes. The teenager often wears sneakers from brands like Tretorn, Converse and Adidas while on the go. These are usually paired with relaxed jeans and classic tops, as well as breezy dresses and vintage-inspired shoulder bags.
