Nike, based in Beaverton, Oregon, is once again teaming up with Off-White, the label founded by Virgil Abloh, to give the Air Terra Forma silhouette a makeover. The silhouette was created from scratch by legendary late designer Virgil Abloh, who passed away on November 28, 2021.
This is the first silhouette drawn entirely by Virgil Abloh as part of an Off-White collaboration. The swoosh label has yet to announce an official release date for the sneakers, but according to multiple pages of sneaker leaks, the silhouette will be released in Spring Summer 2023.

The fashion industry has not been the same since the death of Virgil Abloh.
Illinois-born architect-turned-designer Virgil Abloh rose to the top of the field in less than 20 years, starting his career as Kanye West, also known as Ye, personal stylist and becoming eventually the creative director of one of the most successful luxury fashion brands, Louis Vuitton.
During this time, the great designer also founded the iconic fashion brand Off-White. Abloh’s dedication to his work has resulted in an archive of never-before-seen designs and collaborations, both through his partnership with Nike and his own brand.
The future mid-rise silhouette combines luxury and performance in equal measure. The first images of the sneakers were revealed by sneaker leak page @carterwang卡特王 on Instagram on Friday, October 28, 2022.
The upper of the sneaker is made of a combination of leather and nylon. It’s upholstered in a variety of colors, including Grey/White underlays that match the tonal clean white leather overlays. Bright blue insoles and tongues add another color to the mix for a more dynamic look.
The overall design of the sneaker creates a slipper-like fit. The sneaker’s tongue is completely concealed by the black nylon shroud, which includes a zipper for convenience. The shroud, on the other hand, sits under sets of gray lace with the White zip tie.
The sneakers feature Off-White details such as translucent swooshes. Orange tabs on the lateral sides add a pop of color to the back, while the medial profile incorporates a grafiti-style print and multi-color Helvetica font to spell out the traditional “Off-White For Nike” branding motif.
The model name is added on the mid section, while the DIY style swoosh appears on the side profiles, with multi-color detailing added via the sole unit at the back to add vibrant touches.
Multicolor hues are spread across purple, green, yellow, blue and fuschia throughout the wavy design, with a visible Air unit on the heel and a spiked pull pattern and “Tread Lightly” lettering on the outsole.
The collaborative sneaker is rumored to release in early 2023 through Nike’s official e-commerce site, SNRKS, Off White, and select men’s sizing retailers.
