The upcoming collaboration is the streetwear brand’s most surprising collaboration with Nike. The Stussy x Nike Air Max 2015 is expected to arrive in a total of three colorways, all dressed in monochrome and minimalist styles.

The first offering arrives in the Fossil colorway, revealed by sneaker leaker page @US_11 on Twitter. The sneaker geek shared a first look at the shoes on June 18, 2022.

The shoe uppers are made from hemp-based materials in a mesh design. The entire upper is clad in the Fossil colourway, contrasting with the minimal Black detailing appearing across branding.

The eyelets, sides and tongues are also coated in similar fossil hues. The laces, however, opt for a lighter shade of fossil, which adds charm to otherwise minimal shoes.

A strong detail has been added with a black hue to the signature embroidered reverse swooshes, lace dubrae and Stussy tag. The Stussy label is seen attached vertically to the eyelets. More branding is added to the tongues, which feature co-branded Stussy and Nike Air Max branding.

The most prominent feature is seen with black reverse swooshes on the medial sides of the upper. The look is completed with the addition of monotone Fossil midsoles and black outsoles. The midsoles are equipped with the iconic Air Units, which provide additional comfort and cushioning.

The second offering, compared to the counterpart above, is seen in an all-black colorway. Replacing the neutral hits with a fossil tan-like color is a series of black shades slathered conspicuously across the upper. The upper is made from similar mesh and synthetic hemp materials

The eyelets feature similar Stussy branding in white, which matches the adjacent inverted swooshes. The arc of the swooshes is parallel to the top line. The outsoles also come in a colorway similar to the rubber construction.

Replacing the neutral hits of tan are a series of pink and black shades, which wrap an upper seemingly made up of mesh and synthetics. Stussy branding is printed across the eye and remains in black or white, matching an adjacent Swoosh whose arc runs parallel to the topline.

In addition, the two soles are also distinct, as they renounce the matte appearance of the “Fossil”.

Instagram user @cakenotcrumbs revealed the latest offering on July 21, 2022, which features the Pink Air Max 2015 colorway. The hot pink color scheme is seen throughout the mesh upper.

The monochrome execution is disrupted by black-colored Stussy branding on the forefoot and reverse swoosh logos on the heel counters. The shoes come with matching pink laces. The look is finished with a translucent Air Max midsole and Black rubber outsoles.

Ultimately, the inner liners and insoles of all three sneakers feature black co-branding, rope laces with Flywire eyelets, matching midsoles, and contrasting black outsoles.

Official release information has yet to be shared, but these pairs will likely release sometime in 2022 on Nike and Stussy’s official e-commerce sites. According to hypebeast, the sneakers will retail for $210.
